这样说好像是挺合理的。那加上前面这半句呢？

我的翻译是额定测量的局部偏差最大值为0.15mm,体积最大可以降低2%.
有什么建议嘛？因为这么翻译总感觉有问题

有上下文吗？其实理解并不难，关键是找到对应的汉语表达方式，“下降率”，“降幅”……都有可能吧，没有上下文，没法说那个合适。
