齿轮采用激光淬火,变形量0~1丝,基本不影响齿轮精度,可以实现最后一道工序的处理;可以省去磨削.比如:直径为1M的薄壁齿圈,调质状态,实现激光淬火后,变形为1丝,不用磨削.一般情况下,非重载齿轮的轮廓淬火,都可以考虑激光淬火,节省费用

一般小批量的按面积0.5~1.5元/CM2;直径没有限制的.因为它是单齿单面,逐渐扫描的.如果搬动费事,在现场也可以做.有流动设备.
一般工艺:最大深度1.2mm;不过它实现M的逆向转变,表面产生很大的稳定残余压应力,跑合后,使用中仍然保持300~400MPa,一般淬到1.0mm左右,比常规感应淬火的2mm硬化层也好.(具体原理很多啦)
还有一个好处——齿根可以完全淬硬的;加强了弯曲强度。
如果大齿轮需要淬硬,我觉得这是个很好选择,比火焰和感应方便,最重要的安全。
