As for the problem of line element, I still consider it as a 2D element. I may misunderstand something. I will appreciate your instruction if you can give me more explanation about it.
I just got an idea about this problem. Did you want to tell me that the line elements measured in the actual components can be torqued or twisted, so they may have 3 dimensions?

Put it in this way, one single line element in a specified view could be considered as a 2d line, but multiple line elements in same view and in certain interval can establish a cluster of lines that can be considered as a kind of 3d image. Furthermore, multiple cross line elements in front view and side view can set up a net construction image that will be able to describe the flatness well enough. That's why some persons think that the new version Y14.5 would regulate the cross views straightness equal to flatness of a planar surface.

第一题,应该是考虑了最大的尺寸界限,两直线度的公差要求,显然要小于尺寸公差,取最大,故是0.6,第二题,4.6;相对C基准的尺寸,只有20,以及位置度要求的偏差,减去孔的最大半径,可得4.6
