有没有外籍机加工专家愿意到东莞工作?

不知道各位大大身边是否有外籍机加工专家愿意到东莞工作呢,年龄可以放宽到60岁,年薪优厚。, E0 o; S6 Y" g5 S- |6 M1 x

看重外籍,大概是希望有张“国际化”的脸面吧,欧美的就困难了,来国内教个英语都要十几k月薪,做操作工,可能要翻倍才愿意来吧。

$ j8 A i6 [- z! E$ [" T我认识得的超过60岁了,经验和能力都没问题,但都是基于不同产品,没有所有产品都精通的全才。1 ?" I6 C7 j5 K1 R+ p
以某一类产品为前提,从毛坯到成品,包括刀夹量辅,从工艺到检测,至少做顾问没有问题。, p4 {( [- s9 Q: H& o- c
年薪和工作类型,工作量,压力等等有关

谢谢上面,行家扎堆的地方就是不一样,外籍是客户要求(个人认为如果英文精通熟悉外企文化且有15年以上机加工经验那么华人亦可),年薪在70-80万RMB吧视经验而定,至于产品吗可以以TTI的产品为参考,另外要强调一点的是这不是一个管理岗,不需要带团队,像楼上所说的更像一个顾问,稍后我把工作描述贴出来

看工作描述挺实在的,这个要求,确实找外籍的比较现实
