1 b3 o, \' w I3 aExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

? Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.2 d# I) O% P8 h7 r# C
? Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.
. a& A8 a9 w. _8 c' l6 x" d3 f? Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.
: g- u. y( S8 m' @$ t3 }+ |? Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.
3 Y4 |8 U- A7 @+ T? Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process.
. S% u+ p( |8 b9 e& q3 @0 M? Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production.

? Work closely with quality team to analyze and solve quality problems.

? College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.) ]7 V/ Q# e6 ^7 u- ^% T
? Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.
' H! N6 l5 k' y? Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software.q, w* g; ]+ K' V9 m/ Q8 G) n
? Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.
3 o$ h/ m& E8 O2 \$ V3 l& _? Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively./ K% q: Z5 J h# e
? Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.
% O _! _7 v- o? Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.
! D, d: M. ^/ E1 \4 P? Experience in setting up and writing CNC code and CAM software integration.
\0 s% e# @- @1 w0 ^? Have rich experience in many types of manufacture process included turning, milling, grinding, hobbing and CNC(4, 5axis), EDM, W/C etc.
