厨卫模具，求供应商，技术要求是英文

客户寻一种厨卫用的模具，技术要求描述是英文的，我试着翻译了一下，有了解此种模具或又能制造此种模具的朋友请私信联系，谢谢。

We are looking for a supplier who can produce a mother mould (made of any substrate e.g. glass reinforced or Uriol - which is a rigid foam) on which a nickel shell is galvanised (in an electrolytical process). The mother mould then has to be taken away so the nickel shell remains, is polished and send to us. We include it in our mould which has an aluminium core with the same contour as the mother mould against which the nickel shell is galvanised.

我们正在寻找一个供应商，可以提供一种母模（基材可以是玻璃或者Uriol 强化的硬化发泡材质），该母模表面电镀镍。然后去除母模后，镍壳保留，镍壳抛光后发给我们。在我们的模具内有个铝芯，具有和母模一样的轮廓对应的镍壳抛光面。

我们将提供母模的建造数据，以便镍壳与最终的铝芯（外形）保持一致。

我觉得客户要的应该是类似这种厨卫产品的模具。

害怕伏枥

这是电铸模具制作。国内有好些模具制造厂商集合的“模具城”，譬如常州就有个“长三角模具城”。去任何一个这样的模具城都很容易解决。
技术上非常简单，10多年前我要汽车方向盘模具，就曾经委托做过。

对模具不了解，但LZ 翻译有问题，我试着改下：
1.glass reinforced 基材是强化玻璃；
2.a nickel shell is galvanised 是镍壳镀锌

供应商最大来源是阿里巴巴网站，进入后输入电铸，一搜出来一大批，

电铸阿里巴巴上找，
其实采购商的思路有点难理解，它不应该提供你母模的三维图，而应该提供你盆体的三维图，
% N3 A& O% ^" y. v6 D' P+ s' T母模上电铸（类似厚电镀），没有盆体边界条件，出来是个空心包裹体，
有了边界条件，他会做出母模，在要电铸的部位涂上导电涂料，再电铸，就对了
