金属切削仿真中采用自适应网格时出现不能使用单元畸变控制

我在做金属切削仿真，在金属切削仿真中采用自适应网格，但是在网格检查时出现自适应不能使用单元畸变控制！！！
问题描述如下：
Adaptive meshing is not supported for elements used with the distortion control.
, F/ F0 c3 D( f9 ]8 Z; wDomain name: assembly_adapt
0 H$ v& h7 v# b+ HAbaqus/Explicit Packager exited with an error - Please see the  status file for possible error messages if the file exists.

但是不用网格畸变控制吧，又出现了网格畸变问题：
