金属切削仿真中采用自适应网格时出现不能使用单元畸变控制

我在做金属切削仿真，在金属切削仿真中采用自适应网格，但是在网格检查时出现自适应不能使用单元畸变控制！！！
问题描述如下：
" T( Z' X3 \, V' d' ^3 I, fAdaptive meshing is not supported for elements used with the distortion control.

但是不用网格畸变控制吧，又出现了网格畸变问题：
  F, h+ \% o% C/ ]; d4 eThe elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.
, \% z4 F5 r# u! P- y+ L+ s) jThe elements in element set ErrElemZeroALEMass-Step1 have zero or negative mass.
Print-out suppressed for subsequent distorted elements
There are a total of        60 excessively distorted elements.
