金属切削仿真中采用自适应网格时出现不能使用单元畸变控制

: v7 y# F0 _: n/ ?我在做金属切削仿真，在金属切削仿真中采用自适应网格，但是在网格检查时出现自适应不能使用单元畸变控制！！！

Adaptive meshing is not supported for elements used with the distortion control.
! `7 s# C a& {/ j. ZDomain name: assembly_adapt
Abaqus/Explicit Packager exited with an error - Please see the status file for possible error messages if the file exists.

% ^- j, y4 B% |& ]但是不用网格畸变控制吧，又出现了网格畸变问题：
The elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.
The elements in element set ErrElemZeroALEMass-Step1 have zero or negative mass.
Print-out suppressed for subsequent distorted elements
) N- G+ W6 q. `% |9 D" f4 S1 SThere are a total of 60 excessively distorted elements.
