铝和不锈钢焊接---请教

现有6061的铝套类零件和304不锈钢轴承需要紧固连接以避免在振动下产生分离，似乎可行的措施只有焊接，
请问
+ _' [1 o2 X4 J1. 是否只能采用钎焊？
2. 焊接是否会产生大的变形？精密零件--希望避免受热变形.
3. 焊接后零件表面洁净质量是否便于通过清洗等办法控制？---零组件需要在无尘室装配，对洁净度要求很高。

Aluminum and stainless steels cannot be welded together in the typical welding process. They have very different melting temperatures and they do not mix to form an alloy.They may be bonded together other ways, like soldering and a bonding substrate.They can also be joined together with fasteners like rivets or screws. One problem with bonding these two metals together is that they create a battery when an electrolyte is is present. This makes the metals corrode at a faster than normal rate.

请教了分公司搞焊接的工艺工程师，这个焊接行不通，建议想其他办法。
! o; Q4 g. O" n% Y7 p( e加紧固螺钉等结构改动不考虑---拿现成零件做实验，没法改结构。
" h5 D; X' q% R! Z- H5 J. g装配工作环境还是很不错的，干净整洁，温湿度都已控制，主要还是考虑粘接吧。

扭矩可以忽略不计，主要是震动下轴向的惯性力，结构上端为下图所示结构，轴类件直径10mm，不锈钢。外围件为铝合金。

下端为一档圈，如下图所示。希望抗拉在10公斤以上。
