& k$ e4 @. Z/ v  ]( X卡塔尔某港口建设项目，项目主为卡塔尔公司，比利时公司负责项目的整体监测和控制，项目承包商是一家中国国企。现在招一位工程师主要负责公司和项目承包商之间的沟通，项目进度报告，执行监督和总控。

要求：
有相关项目管理经验，能够中英文交流。年龄在30-45 左右。

5 ^3 G; I( v8 W" nThe company undertakes the role of the Engineer as defined in the FIDIC conditions of Contract for Plant and Design Build for Electrical and Mechanical Plant, and for the Building and Engineering Works with the detailed Design to be done by the contractor.
The Project Scope consists of the Plant and Design‐Build construction of a Cement unloading, Conveying‐Storage and Truck Fill Terminal Project in the Port of Messaieed Qatar.
For the on‐site supervision of above project works the company is looking for a Resident Engineer to manage the EPC contractor during the execution of works. At this stage the Civil Works are in progress and nearing the end. The Installation works of the Steel Structure, Equipment erection and Installation of Electric and Control will start shortly and will last for 10 months including Testing and Commissioning as well as start‐up and training of the Customer operators.
The tasks of the Resident Superintendent are “’hands on”

* B2 ~4 u, [: L representing the Employer's interests during the execution of the works,
0 C+ Z/ S# j& O5 p  o2 Rtogether with the company representative
0 b( J) P# D0 \, l Following up the agreed schedule and its reporting on the progress of the works
) d8 f7 l! {" p/ L& C coordinating with the various professional people working on the project
! Y- ?2 I  q1 N7 V& _, q! ]" G' ? making sure that all the aims of the project are met
2 E  C( ^" `! k5 g# j/ n  A making sure the quality standards are met
& e' C$ ^% {. b" |+ q keep track of people and progress
" H" R5 U6 N/ q) v9 e- n' Z8 n monitoring the contractor and its sub‐contractors to ensure guidelines are
maintained
 overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
 understanding the internal discussion “within” the ranks of the contractor

For above function we are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer with experience in managing projects able to communicate in English with the Employer and in Chinese with the Contractor complying with the underneath skills

其实必威体育网址可以组织一个外围组织，谁想去驻外，提供后台技术支持，以后这类事情会越来越多，可惜都被三哥与‘菲哥’抢走了，国人一边鄙视三哥与菲哥，另外还得在他们手下混，可叹了，哈哈哈
