8 V3 Y$ J" c% d9 A6 J o(1)液压实验台测试压力较低、输出流量比较小。从成本和学生使用安全角度考虑,目前实验室内的两台试验台,一台压力为15MPa左右,另一台最高压力为22MPa左右。变量泵液压系统的最大输出流量为32L/min,定量泵液压系统的额定流量为12L/min。* \3 Y+ p9 T4 w, Z
2)现有液压实验台可以做通用液压元件的实验,却不能满足特殊液压元件(如插装阀和多路换向阀)的测试。
4 I3 ], X, Q8 e' i(1)Hydraulic testing bench has the characteristic of lower test pressure and small out flow. Out of consideration for the cost and students use safety ,the two test bench in laboratory at present both have the characteristic of lower test pressure and small out flow. Quantitative pump hydraulic system has the pressure of below 15MPa and flow below 12L/min,the other one is variable pump system which has the pressure of below 22MPa and flow below 32L/min.
