Primary Responsibilities:
Position requires a senior mechanical design engineer who is experienced in the design and packaging of ruggedized embedded computer systems for military and aerospace applications.   The candidate will be responsible for the design, documentation and production support of electro-mechanical components and systems per specific customer requirements.  Within Aitech’s small company environment, the senior mechanical engineer’s role is a combination of leadership, mentoring, and hands on performance of the mechanical engineering tasks.  3D solid modeling techniques using Autodesk Inventor? and proficiency using AutoCAD? is required.  Knowledge of material properties and finishes applicable to the design of electronic packaging components is a must.

. F8 ?8 I( I7 ?: n5 sStrong knowledge of ASME Y14.100 and ASME Y14.5M-1994 practices
& Q! t# M0 q* S3 FWorking knowledge of the creation and control of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) per DOD-D-1000 and MIL-STD-100
Working knowledge of military, ANSI/ASME and IPC specifications
Direct experience in the design, analysis, and qualification testing of electronic packaging in avionics applications
* U2 D: A) Z( QDirect experience in the specification and control of Printed Wiring Board artwork process and fabrication required
Prepare and present customer presentations, and participate in face to face customer discussions and negotiations regarding complex technologies
/ H9 G0 n/ p0 M% xDevelop technical solutions derived from technology building blocks
. c0 P! s9 `1 `% S+ ~0 W+ TLead special Research & Development project activities or investigations within the Mechanical Engineering discipline.
4 }1 y$ o5 |* OWorking knowledge of Document Control and Configuration Management procedures
8 \3 M  j  m4 r& ^% ^Working knowledge of sheet metal and machine shop practices is a plus
3 }' C# M4 j( T4 LManage technical sub-contracts
Strong communication skills
9 k* H6 u8 F! {  z9 C8 SIndependent worker who can operate in a small company environment
! Z( r! M  q2 yUse project scheduling tools to estimate the total cost of a development program
Coordinate activities of engineers within the Engineering Department and/or across Aitech programs and projects
Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous activities
Successful candidate will have and be proficient with Microsoft Office tools

在米国作工程师其实不容易的，尤其作机械工程师，很不容易，
米国不象我们，有严格的专业区分，我们国家，玩冶金的绝不玩其它设备，玩化工的，也不玩冶金，这是当年斯大林同志制定的，大家不可以乱串，因为叛逃的后果对社会主义是致命的，

米国的家伙就什么都玩，20年前，俺四周格子里的家伙，你一问，玩什么的都有，以前玩船的，玩飞机的，玩采矿的，五花八门，但都一个特点，来了，放下手提箱，脱了外套就干活，没有说什么适应半年的，

+ E+ e& r/ M$ B( z2 I* b# Q, p6 _7 O中国的家伙，你20岁毕业，要特拼命的玩，到30岁之前，有可能赶上世界的平均水平，与他们平等，但可叹了，大家的时间都白混过去了，
说点不客气的话，我们工程师的水平比人家普遍要低，视野窄，计算技能差，不适应变化的环境，

( j2 n# ^' E3 K6 c, @* T不是的,这些属于了解性质的,学习一下大学电子信息工程专业的课本就行了
在电子行业工作,当然这方面知识懂的越多越好,才有利于与内部及客户交流
9 k# G; F6 U7 R- m9 Q: f- w估计在美国这个职位也就十来万美金,在国内拿相应人民币
