齿轮泵噪音太大怎么办?

我新买了一台压力机,63吨的,加好油以后开车没问题,声音也不大,可是下午在用了一会儿突然声音就特别大了,求求各位大侠......救救我...

再好好看看，是齿轮泵吗？是齿轮泵就比较麻烦，齿轮泵比较便宜，有些厂家的产品质量不行，基节误差大，有些是齿面硬度有问题，寿命很短，只要压力能保证，凑合用也行，

1  吸油管道太细。
2  液压油太脏，吸油口没安装过滤器。
4 {$ y. H8 |/ k* s5 o( Z; I* G: p3  电机和泵的同轴度不好，连轴器选型安装不当。
# w* g  b) D3 F4 K  A6 k; m) p4  齿轮泵泵壳低压侧磨损。

; Q% g9 B$ s- l, _7 I9 n+ E7 e- z一般齿轮泵没修的价值，换一个新的拉到。找个师傅出场费也要150啊。

请查看泵是否快速严重发热,如是可断定泵侧板或轴承烧伤,泵坏换新.
看油位是否未达到要求的高度
看吸油口过滤器是否堵塞

是一直振动大还是在一个速度段振动比较大，说明书有没有标示危险速度
