标题: 干壁钉振动盘滑道分料改良
料是干壁钉，线径3.5，帽径8，帽和杆链接的R角为4.5,如下图（料最长70）[attach]464403[/attach]- g0 c. I$ |. n) z% X4 b

1 r% t9 I3 i4 s7 g滑道由两块1000左右长，100高，10厚的不锈钢组成

" I4 h0 Q$ i$ z8 c6 d; `8 Q滑道前后两侧都要固定柱7 s( u8 Z9 `% f

为了快速平稳送料至分料盘口，滑道与面板呈30度，增加了直线送料器

需要解决的问题1 @* b1 a0 `8 n) N
1、直线送料器开启后面板上振动太大，需要消除
. j( h# h# K3 A; D+ ]4 }/ I' p2、滑道往分料盘缺口送料每分钟600支以上了卡料，客户要求每分钟1000支，设备设计理论上可以到1200支，需要解决卡料问题+ A/ ?* s: _/ i& u# ]" r5 h& f  h* X
直线送料器还做过这种结构的/ S: j* \* j8 W

面板是指转盘的圆形面板吗？

卡料试试通过改变分料盘与滑道的相对位置，可能是600以上后螺钉来不及进入缺口分料盘就转卡住，做成切线配置，转的时候把螺钉嵌入缺口

直震是可以加长的，超过200后振动会越来越弱
