标题:摩擦系数的选取--讨论
在计算铝合金和不锈钢零件接触表面(无润滑)静摩擦力时，发现不同资料来源上的摩擦系数不一样。
机械设计手册上摩擦系数的是0.17。
而在网上查到某工程师手册上为0.61，如下图

两数值相差如此之大，对计算结果影响极大，请问大家一般选择的是多少？并请附上数据来源。

不可能0.61吧,铁和铁无润滑才多少啊

0.61应该差不多, 铁和铁无润滑0.8左右.

摩擦系数的选取是件麻烦的事情，必须得小心考虑实际工况
--(Extreme care is needed in using friction coefficients and additional independent references should be used. For any specific application the ideal method of determining the coefficient of friction is by trials. A short table is included above the main table to illustrate how the coefficient of friction is affected by surface films. When a metal surface is perfectly clean in a vacuum . the friction is much higher than the normal accepted value and seizure can easily occur. )

疑问较多，请大家解答，
1. 若接触材料为铝和不锈钢，而不锈钢表面镀了一层7-10微米的镍层，摩擦系数怎么取？怎样考虑镀层影响？
2. 若接触材料为铝和不锈钢，接触面积很小，近似线接触，接触面间压力还较高，如图(轴向力100牛左右),摩擦系数怎样取？
3. 若接触材料为铝和不锈钢，零件表面洁净度非常高----装配环境为class100的无尘室，摩擦系数？

对于为什么同一摩擦副材料摩擦系数不一样，有这样的解释：
请注意摩擦副1和2，假设摩擦副1接触面较大，而2较小，
当较硬的2接触较软的1时，压力大的情况下，2会稍微陷入1内，这样摩擦力是较大的。
当较软的1接触较硬的2时，压力大的情况下，1却不会陷入2内，这样摩擦力是较小的。
固有--接触材料虽然一样，但摩擦系数不同的情况，
您认同么？
