如题,在阶梯轴的设计中,过渡圆角应该如何确定?因为现阶段设计的都是低载低转速的,因此过渡圆角基本都是大概给一个,也没有认真核算(其实是不知道怎么核算)。所以想请教一下大家,这个过渡圆角该如何确定?是否应该遵循什么原则? 和套子倒角的大小要配合上就行吧,至于具体尺寸我们公司的设计也没有什么计算公式 就一个原则:在满足使用功能的前提下,圆角越大越好 支持三楼的设计原则。 圆角主要是为了在轴的截面突变处减小应力集中。可以查机械设计手册或者机械工艺手册。
