用数字油缸是能解决的。数字油缸的运动是受脉冲增量信号控制的,不受时间、油温、吃刀深度大小(切削反力)的变化而变化。价格要看缸径、行程、系统压力、控制精度以及车床X、Z轴要不要相互插补运动来决定。

前段时间出差,多谢各位朋友的热情帮助,在现有这台机床问题没有解决的情况下,下一台的设计只好改为数控-丝杠传动的。设计毕竟是首先实现功能,然后再想办法降低成本实现最优。但现有的问题还是要想办法解决的,先根据各位提出的建议进行改进试验后看看结果。再次感谢!
