其实还是看工况的,书上肯定给你写1.5-2d,老师傅会跟你说强度不大1.25d也可以用。
但你说固定一块PCB板,还是水平放置固定,你整那么多牙是想让谁拧呢,M3*3也够啦,
1/4-28的密封牙,官方是要求9.5-10的螺牙长度,有多少工况可以给他吃满了,哪个腔体给你这么大的厚度,那肯定能省就省,省下的厚度都是钱,腔体材料不管是316L还是PEEK 亦或是PVDF都不是便宜的材料
